My drumkit(s)
My main kit is a 4-piece Gretsch Brooklyn 22/13/16 along with a 14″x6.5″ Ludwig Black Beauty Snare and Meinl Byzance cymbals. I usually use Audix drum microphones for live sessions.
In my practice room, I play a Roland TD-27 edrum kit which I absolutely love (and I was very skeptical about edrums before I purchased the kit…).
I also have an old Pearl SLX which I sometimes pull out just for fun. A piece of advice: if you don’t keep your very first kit, you will regret it. Mine was a Sonor Champion that I sold to a classmate. Wish I had kept it.
